ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
You spend a good deal of money on your equipment. With a little routine maintenance, you can extend the lifespan of these tools. From blowing out projectors to cleaning out old student files on shared devices, we can help keep it all running.

ACCOUNTS
There are several accounts that you will need in order to complete your work here in Cherokee County. New staff must submit paperwork to Central Office to initiate account creation. New student accounts are generated when schools notify the CCS EdTech team.
TROUBLE TICKETS
When something isn't functioning properly or is broken, collect details about the problem and the piece of equipment and share them with your school's designated tech ticketeer (usually the Media Coordinator). With sufficient information, some problems can be corrected remotely.
